IISA Web Interface

IISA is an application for submitting your protein sequence to online sequence analysis programs and receive output as prolog clauses. This can be subjected to rule based logical analysis by prolog. IISA is an ongoing project. Please visit IISA sourceforge project page, IISA wiki and contact me if you are interested in joining the project. Your sequence is not saved by this server.

 

STEP 1: Submit your sequence to various online sequence analysis applications and retrieve the results as prolog clasuses.

STEP 2: Cut and Paste the results into a java implementation of prolog interpreter (JLog) which also loads the additional rules online and subject it to logical analysis.
